Ruthanne Croley IHM, MA. NCC

Ruthanne Croley, IHM, MA, NCC, is a Sister Servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from Immaculata, PA 19345.  She has completed two Masters Degrees, one in Theology/Religious Education from the Notre Dame Pontifical Institute, Arlington, VA and one in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University.

Ruthanne worked in the field of education as an elementary and high school teacher.  She has also served as an elementary and high school counselor.   Ruthanne also used her counseling skills in pastoral care at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and Chester County Hospital. 

Ruthanne has a particular sensitivity to family issues related to dysfunction of all types but specializes in codependency, depression/anxiety, loss, self-care, mood disorders and aging.   Ruthanne has received additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).  This therapeutic approach is beneficial for many issues including early childhood wounding such as abuse and abandonment.
