Scott Edwards was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. He received his Bachelor of Religious Education from Tyndale University in 1990. He completed his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Feeling a passion for pastoral care and counseling as well as the desire to build healthy churches; he went on to complete his Master of Arts in Counseling in 1995.
Scott has served as both a pastor and counselor in a variety of settings since 1995. He served as Chaplain and Bereavement Counselor for Hospice of the Bluegrass. He then moved to Northern New Jersey where he served as the Pastor of Adult Ministries at Grace Church in Netcong, NJ. His journey led him to serve as the Director of Small Groups and eventually Senior Pastor of Meadowbrook Church in North Haledon, NJ.
Scott's natural ability to walk with others through difficult circumstances and challenging issues has served him well both in the church and as a counselor. Scott joined staff at The Peacemaker Center in 2006 and specializes in individual, marriage and adolescent challenges. Scott lives in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania with his wife Wendy, and his two children, Crystal and Jason.
