About the Group

The Peacemaker Center is delighted to offer this in-person group opportunity to explore meditation and restorative yoga to ease into the work week. Participants will learn stress management techniques, release anxiety, and decrease tension in the body. You are welcome to bring your adult friends and family to this group, which is open to the public.


This group is facilitated by Hope Jann, PA-C, M.S.


Hope is currently a masters-degree-level counseling intern at the Peacemaker Center from Eastern University. She also works in Psychiatry as a Physician Assistant. Hope has a passion for people and an interest in helping individuals, couples, and families shift their lives.


When does this group meet?

Every Sunday evening from 6:00 to 7:00pm.

 

How long is the group?

It is a 60 minute in-person group ongoing weekly.


Where does the group meet?

The Peacemaker Center Downingtown office in the 1st Floor Conference Room.


Is an ongoing attendance commitment required?

No. Particiapnts can attend one session, a few whenever they wish, or each week if they would like.


Fee for Group:

$10 per session.

Your Instructor

Hope Jann, PA-C, MS

Hope Jann is currently a masters-degree-level counseling intern from Eastern University. She also works in Psychiatry as a Physician Assistant. Hope has a passion for people and an interest in helping individuals, couples, and families shift their lives. Her interest in counseling stem from helping clients find more insight into their lives and not depend on medication to "fix" the problem. She is confident in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and women’s issues. She is also interested in helping families and couples who want to reconnect with one another. Hope is willing to see individuals 16 years-old and older. She is honored to be a part of The Peacemaker Center team.
