You may purchase the workbook to guide your participation, or you are free to attend without the workbook. The group will meet online once a month: the first Tuesday of every month, from 7:00-8:00pm. You are not required to participate every month. You may join when you can. The cost to participate is $50 per session. Please email Tracy to register or to answer any questions.
