Christie specializes in helping young adults and teenagers navigate today's challenges and find long-lasting fulfillment. She developed a wellness curriculum for students that was adopted by several American colleges and universities, which was recognized in the 2019 U.S. New & World Report Best Colleges Guidebook. Christie is skilled in relationship dynamics and values establishing strong relationships with clients in a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment that accommodates clients' needs and preferences in therapy. With strong perception and articulation skills and the ability to reveal and inspire significant hope, Christie utilizes a strengths-based and solutions-focused approach to supporting clients in improving their awareness, insight, and actions to augment their sense of peace, purpose, optimism, and resilience.
