Lauren believes that individuals of all ages deserve to experience peace and wholeness, and should not feel as though they are "stuck" in their life circumstances. She desires for her clients to feel safe and known in her presence, and for them to sense she is honored to hear their stories. Lauren is passionate about coming alongside individuals in the midst of their pain, and assisting them, with compassion, in their unique journeys towards renewed freedom and healing. She brings experience as a previous social worker supporting children and adolescents discovering their authentic selves, and also working with adults utilizing an integrative approach that best fits the clients' needs. Lauren is grateful for the opportunity to walk patiently and boldly with her clients in pursuit of joy, wellness, and restoration. In her free time, she is renewed by spending time in nature and connecting with loved ones over coffee.
