Ruth's life's work is dedicated to the improvement of our young people and the moms and dads who raise them. She knows that investing in the mental health of our youth is prevention that pays off for a lifetime. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" - Ben Franklin. Ruth works with older children (ages 11+), adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with social anxiety, peer pressure, generalized anxiety, depression, anger, family conflict, and life goals. She also works with women and men who are struggling with their own mental health as they work to raise their families. Ruth is a retired children and youth pastor and retired homeschooling mom. She and her husband both grew up in the area, have been married for 27 years, and have 3 grown children. In her free time she likes to walk around her neighborhood, listen to audiobooks, declutter, and sell on eBay.
