Tracy has extensive experience working with families as a preschool teacher, ministry head, and as a wife and parent of teenagers. Her passion is seeing individuals, couples, and families thrive. With compassion and connection, she offers hope for clients to grow; healing wounds and relationships. Addressing anxiety and depression from trauma is a strength of Tracy’s in addition to working with sexuality and sexual addiction including partner support. She is skilled at helping clients with emotion regulation, creating connections, and moving forward in life. She also delights in walking alongside clients on their faith journey as interested. Tracy enjoys reading, swimming, cooking, travel, and her family.
