Val's heart is to help individuals, children and adolescents achieve mental wellness. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Val strives to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere and meet each client where they are. Her passion is to collaborate with clients in identifying their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. She believes in the importance of early intervention and strives to make an impact in children’s lives as she works with them. Her hope is that the healing process leads to an improved quality of life and to promote self-love and growth. She loves spending time with family and friends and playing board games.
