Discover Inner Harmony & a Life Worth Living
What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that empowers individuals with practical skills for navigating intense emotions, improving relationships, tolerating distress, and living mindfully in the present. Our group provides a unique opportunity to learn and practice these vital skills within a supportive community, fostering growth and equipping you to embrace a life filled with meaning and purpose, as God intended.

Who Will Benefit from Our DBT Group?
-
Individuals Struggling with Intense Emotions: If you experience overwhelming mood swings, emotional dysregulation, or feel controlled by your feelings, DBT provides concrete strategies to understand and manage them.
-
Those Experiencing Chronic Suicidal Thoughts or Self-Harm: DBT is exceptionally effective in offering immediate coping skills and long-term strategies to reduce these behaviors, guiding you toward safety and stability.
-
Individuals Navigating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD): DBT was specifically developed for BPD and offers a comprehensive framework to address symptoms like unstable relationships, impulsivity, identity disturbance, and chronic emptiness.
-
Battling Depression or Anxiety: Learn skills to challenge negative thought patterns, reduce worry, manage panic, and find joy and peace in daily life.
-
Coping with Eating Disorders (Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia): DBT helps you identify and change self-destructive behaviors, manage the intense emotions that often fuel disordered eating, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself.
-
Seeking Freedom from Substance Use: Address underlying emotional pain, develop skills to manage cravings, identify triggers, prevent relapse, and build a fulfilling life free from addiction's grip.
