Men's Support Group
Support Group for Men Aged 20-35
The Goal of this group is to bring together young adult men who may struggle with self-esteem, self-confidence, parental wounding and motivation

We will be referencing the book "Fathered by God" by John Eldredge. Book is not required for the group but it may help.
Location: The Peacemaker Center –Downingtown Office- 368 W. Uwchlan Ave, Conference Room
Time: Wednesdays starting 3/09/24 to 4/06/24 from 9:30am to 11:00am – In-person.
Cost: $30 per session
Your Instructor: Karen Snyder, MS
Karen works from an attachment-based theoretical perspective to help clients understand how pat experiences may continue to impact the present. Her goal is to help her clients recognize that peace within themselves and find hope for a healthier future, one step at a time. SHe is trauma-informed and EMDR-trained.
