Build relationships that help you thrive, not just get by. Join us to discover the science of connection and simple, powerful ways to create resilient, meaningful relationships that truly last. Learn how intentional, communal commitments can transform connection into lasting strength..

Researchers have demonstrated that meaningful relationships are at the heart of human flourishing, no matter what the metric that is referenced, be that general medical health, subjective reports of well-being and happiness, or the demonstration of resilience in the face of multiple forms of adversity. What, then is entailed in forming and maintaining relationships that meet the qualifications that will provide the necessary ballast that will lead to the flourishing which we so desperately long for? This workshop will explore the fundamentals of interpersonal neurobiology and offer practical insights and applications that lead to developing resilient relationships, focusing particularly on the role of communal relational commitments that provide enrichment for the development of durable, robust relationships.

Lunch, an interactive Q&A, and a book signing are all included with admission!

Books will be available to purchase at event.
