Karen has been in the field of counseling since 1980. Her background in counseling started in the area of drug and alcohol addiction. In Karen’s many years in working with individuals, she has expanded her counseling to help others with addictions as well as mental health, trauma, individual, couple’s and marriage counseling, and eating disorders. Her goal is to lead her clients into regaining hope in their lives and help them find and live out their true identity. Her clinical approach is Reality therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
