With nearly 20 years experience of empowering individuals, couples and families, Dr. Nicole McKinney aims to inspire those she counsels. She is passionate about people and the restoration, maintenance, progression of their relationships. Dr. McKinney has experience working with people at various life stages, having different abilities and from diverse backgrounds. She also counsels at a private practice in the Philadelphia area. Dr. McKinney is the Program Manager for an NIH R01 research trial at the University of Delaware where she helps African American families coping with parental cancer. Dr. McKinney has experience as an adjunct professor for graduate students pursuing doctoral education. As well outreach experience details mentorship to undergraduate students in a leadership fellows program as they professionally develop and implement action strategies to meet their leadership goals. Dr. McKinney presents annually at conferences and invited speaking engagements and is a published researcher. Dr. McKinney is involved in the prayer ministry and the youth department at her church. She also has participated in missions work to third-world countries with the Pennsylvania COGIC Commonwealth Missions and is the Chaplin for Daynaā€™s iCare Foundation.
