Life experiences may shape us but they do not have to define us. Amy believes each individual has unique strengths, capabilities and a God-given purpose. She seeks to collaborate with women and adolescents to help them discover their path toward growth and change. Amy has experience and knowledge in the areas of addiction, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and grief/loss. She utilizes a multi-modal, holistic approach to help client's move toward their goals. In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her family, running, traveling, and cooking.
