After 20 years of working with young adults in mental health facilities and the community college environment, Christine felt it was time to answer the call into a professional counseling setting to carry out her passion to help others at a deeper level. It is her belief that all individuals through God have the answers and capacity to change; it is her job to draw this out of you and work together on these goals to renew your mind. She looks forward to helping you during this season in your life through compassionately listening to your struggles, hurts, and fears. She is excited to learn more through her clients and additional training. Her practice combines a Christian perspective with a traditional multi-modal approach depending on your comfort level and needs. However, she leans more person-centered and cognitive behavioral. Christine is actively involved in her Catholic church, loves to draw and paint, go for walks/hikes, and spending time in nature with family and friends.
