Claudia specializes in integrating spirituality with counseling practice regardless of religious preference or belief. With years of experience teaching children, teens and serving in adult ministry, Claudia is committed to acceptance of the whole person in the therapeutic relationship with the belief that relationships may wound but also have the power to heal. She is interested in serving the whole person to discover their unique meaning and purpose in life, free from fear and shame. She hopes to assist her clients in discovering their own abilities to heal, change and grow into the person they desire to be in relation to others. Claudia utilizes trauma-based interventions including those struggling with religious/spiritual trauma, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), child-focused therapy, and recovery interventions to accompany a variety of clients including children, teens, adults, and couples.
