Elise is passionate about creating a supportive and authentic therapeutic environment where clients feel
heard, understood, and empowered. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing and works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve personal goals. Elise has a particular interest in working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals experiencing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is especially interested in the connection between mental and physical well-being, resilience, and performance. Her goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
