Emily has a passion for helping people learn to navigate through life's challenges. Her main goal in counseling is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for people to learn more about themselves and how to embrace the person God made them to be. She doesn't believe there is "one size fits all" approach to therapy and pulls from various theories and therapeutic interventions to create change and growth in each client. Emily has experience in crisis intervention, anxiety and depression management, spirituality/faith struggles, behavior management, trauma, and grief and loss. She resides in Chester County, PA with her husband and four children.
