Emily has a passion for helping people navigate through life's challenges. Her main goal in counseling is
to provide a nonjudgmental, safe space for people to learn more about themselves and to help people to
embrace the person God made them to be. She doesn't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy
and pulls from various therapeutic interventions to create change and growth in each client. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Emily has her clients look at their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and how they are all affecting each other. Therapy with Emily might be a good fit if you are in a neuro-diverse relationship, are a first responder, or facing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. Emily has training in working with First Responders and is personally a member of a First Responder family. Emily is also certified through AANE to work with neuro-diverse couples and/or their partner.
