Jack is a master's level intern who believes in a person-centered approach to therapy. Believing that everyone has their own unique struggles that make up their life-story, Jack likes to meet people where they are and create a space where clients are free to work through their emotions without fear of judgement. Jack utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, believing that there are a variety of ways in which clients can work through hardships and move toward wellness. Jack can also offer Faith-based approaches to counseling if the client desires. Outside of the counseling Jack enjoys reading, spending time outside, and competes in a competitive dodgeball league on Long Island.
