She provides a non-judgmental therapeutic experience in which you can safely explore your thoughts, desires, and emotions. She incorporates selfcompassion, mindfulness, and self-honesty to nourish a renewed sense of being. As a therapist, and educator, Joy has been developing caring and compassionate relationships for over 30 years. Her theoretical approach is person-centered, she has experience working with women with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, as well as working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
