Karen spent the first part of her professional life in financial operations and understands the pressures and anxieties of the workplace. In 2021, she decided to pursue her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health and now brings her empathy and life skills to her clients. Karen works from an attachment-based theoretical perspective to help clients understand how past experiences may continue to impact present. She understands the power of silence and the need for peace and calm in daily life. Her goal is to help her clients recognize that peace within themselves and find hope for a healthier future, one step at a time. She is trauma-informed and EMDR-trained.
