Lauren enjoys working with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relational stress, and trauma. She is passionate about walking alongside people in pain and assisting them to find wholeness and restoration as they become the best version of themselves. Lauren believes that each client is unique and strives to match therapeutic methods and treatment plans to the individual's needs. She utilizes diverse counseling approaches like ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory. Lauren has counseled adolescents and adults experiencing domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, unexpected pregnancy, grief and loss, and adoption related stresses, to name a few. Lauren is honored to join clients on their journey as she seeks to be an instrument of healing in their lives.
