Mary considers it a privilege to sit with people as they process painful and traumatic life experiences. Responding with compassion and care, she invites clients to journey toward emotional and spiritual healing. She believes that healthy relationships are an important aspect of emotional health. During her 21 years of working as an RN she yearned to have the time to look deeper than the physical symptoms. Combining the diverse experiences she's had in the healthcare field with counseling allows her to focus on those deeper issues. She enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as hiking, camping, and reading.
