Rachael has a passion for her clients to experience hope and change as she walks alongside them in whatever storms they face. Rachael has experience helping teenagers and adults navigate a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation/prevention, trauma, relationships, self-esteem and spiritual abuse. She feels honored and excited to be able to walk with fellow strugglers in their suffering, growth, and healing. She views her clients through a holistic mindset, giving care and attention not only to their thoughts, beliefs and emotions, but also to their attachment styles, family systems, past trauma, spiritual life, physiology and daily routines.
