Talanda is passionate about helping individuals, adolescents, and families, to develop healthy ways to cope and tools to build strong relationships. I provide individual, and family therapy in a safe and supportive environment. My therapeutic approach is centered upon the use of strengthsbased Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychotherapy approach. I believe “You Are What You Speak” and that a positive mindset helps cultivate change- creating mental and physical stability. I promote a therapeutic approach, where adolescents and families work toward their treatment goals with the use of, family dynamics, role play therapy, meditation, psychotherapy and behavioral therapy. “Your past does not define what your future holds”. Talanda enjoys time with family, music, reading, outreach, attending church, the beach, and traveling. She lives with her husband and two children in Delaware.
