Overcoming the Pressure of Life

Support Group for Women Aged 18-25

Life can be overwhelming, and the college and young adult years bring about their own set of unique challenges. Join a supportive community of college-aged women for a six-week group filled with open discussions, practical coping skills, and cultivating lasting connections with like-minded peers. Schedule and topics include:


•Week 1: Developing Healthy Friendships

•Week 2: Navigating the Dating Scene

•Week 3: Coping Strategies for Stress & Anxiety

•Week 4: Healing amidst Grief & Loss

•Week 5: Practicing Self-Care

•Week 6: Building Resilience for the Future



Location: The Peacemaker Center – West Chester - 312 W. Union Street, West Chester, PA 19382.

Time: Wednesdays starting 3/20/24 to 4/24/24 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm – In-person.

Cost: $30 total per person *Space is limited so sign up early!

Your Instructor: Rachel Short
Rachel has a diverse set of experiences in marketing and communications, pastoral ministry and counseling and has had the tremendous privilege of walking alongside people through all kinds of life circumstances. She is passionate about creating a safe environment where clients can heal, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.
