Life can be overwhelming, and the college and young adult years bring about their own set of unique challenges. Join a supportive community of college-aged women for a six-week group filled with open discussions, practical coping skills, and cultivating lasting connections with like-minded peers. Schedule and topics include:

Rachel Short
Karen spent the first part of her professional life in financial operations and understands the
pressures and anxieties of the workplace. She understands the power of silence and the
need for peace and calm in daily life. Her goal is to help her clients recognize that peace
within themselves and find hope for a healthier future, one step at a time.
