25 Year Anniversary Event

This past Monday, May 5th, 2025, we proudly celebrated the 25-Year Anniversary of The Peacemaker Center! Over 200 guests joined us for a night filled with memories, meaningful connections, and celebration.

We were honored to welcome our guest speaker, acclaimed author and social media personality Kelly Corrigan. Kelly spoke powerfully about the healing that comes through connection, sharing impactful stories she has encountered along with moving testimonies from members of our own community — Whitney Witzcak, Joell McDuffy, Sarah Lehman, and Tom Whitemann. Their stories beautifully echoed our mission and brought the evening full circle.

We also took a special moment to recognize three remarkable women — Judy Reid, Patsy Green, and Karen Uhler — who have each been with The Peacemaker Center for 25 years. Their dedication and passion have helped shape who we are today. Each of them has made a unique and lasting impact on our organization, and we are deeply grateful.

The evening began with a vibrant silent auction featuring over 40 unique baskets — from gift cards and household items to one-of-a-kind artwork by local artists and clients. A huge thank you to the more than 50 generous donors who made the auction such a success.

In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, guests enjoyed a festive atmosphere with themed décor and authentic Mexican cuisine. It was a joyful way to celebrate the culture and the day alongside our anniversary.

We are endlessly thankful to our volunteers, donors, guests, and entertainers who made the night unforgettable. Your support is the heartbeat of our community and the reason we continue to thrive.
