Gina holds a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working with adults and children in a multitude of settings. Gina has experience in both inpatient and outpatient domains. Inpatient she has facilitated group therapy, individual sessions, and suicidal assessments. Outpatient she has provided individual counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy.
Gina is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their feelings. She is committed to guiding individuals on a journey of healing, helping them tap into their inner strengths, recognize their worth, and move toward personal growth at a pace that feels right for them.
Gina incorporates a variety of counseling techniques including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, Attachment theory, and DBT. Gina considers it as a privilege to support individuals during their most vulnerable moments.
