Karen, a breast cancer survivor, brings a variety of life experiences (e.g. Registered Nurse, small business owner, Human Resource Director, crisis pregnancy lay counselor) to her counseling. In addition, Karen has mentored many women and girls. Karen desires to help others work through struggles and find hope and healing utilizing an integrated approach, which includes person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, inner child work, and other approaches. Karen is married to Curt and she enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and baking.
